Civo don’t recognise Gome’s transfer

Few days after Nyasa Big Bullets announced the signing of flames and Civo sporting right back, Gomezgani Chirwa, Civo Service United has said the team is not aware of the transfer.
Civo Sporting General Secretary Leonard Chiwawula said this after supporters demand the resignation of some of the executive members.
The supporters said that some of the executive members are destroying the team by doing some player transfers while not replacing them.
Chiwawula said he not aware that Chirwa has left the club.
He said Chirwa has a running contract with Civo till 2021.
“The team is surprised to hear that Gome has left for Bullets, we at Civo do not know of that transfer and what we know is that he is still our player till 2021.” he said.
He said the two teams were in contact about the player but they did not reach a conclusion.
“We indeed recieved a request of the player by Bullets but we did not conclude the discussions.” he said.
He said as Civo they will wait till they receive a formal communication from Bullets on the player.
Some reports indicates that Bullets and Civo agreed a 3 million kwacha prize for Chirwa.
Nyasa Big Bullets Chief Executive Officer Fleetwood Hayiya was not available for comment.
Hayiya has been speaking on different media outlets that they will bring in a right back who plays in the Flames.
