You thought heroes are born? Oh no. You were wrong.
The will is really so powerful. Malawi’s one super talented gospel musician Patience Namadingo has proven that how to do what always come in so long as one desires to stretch a helping hand.
The artist has proven this after raising MK 11.5 million for Children’s Cancer Ward at Blantyre’s Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital popuraly known as ‘Queens’ in 40 days up from initial target of MK 1.2 million a plan which fell within the same days. This is incredible!
The Msati mseke hit maker has been in a ‘all new’ kind’ of fund raising performances whereby people were booking him to perform live anywhere across the country at a price of MK 3 000 per person to watch him.
In a video post on his Facebook page, Namadingo expressed gratitude over the accomplishment of his initiative which he indicated it was an idea of a Malawian supported by Malawians.
Further, unique styled Namadingo announced that he is set to make the donation at the southern region’s referral hospital on May 24, 2017.
According to Namadingo, people can still give support by buying a beautiful T-shirt written #La40Lakwana in front and what he calls a team which he captains #AllNewNamadingo number 40 at the back.
The T-shirts will be worn during a walk from Kamuzu Upper to Queens organized on the day of presenting the donation. The walk will also be spiced by Malawi Police Band.
Patience Namadingo has really made a hero out of his patient heart.
