Your business is either making it big and exciting you or it’s wearing you down and you’re ready to quit.
Here’s some pointers to get back into excited mode:
STOP DOING ALL THE WORK
If you do everything in your business you may as well go and get a job again. A business owner employs people to get things done whilst someone who’s self employed ends up doing all the work.
LET GO OF PERFECTION
Often we want perfection so badly that we won’t let others do because we can do it better than them, right? I see so many business owners creating a jail for themselves by not letter go.
GET GOOD AT FINDING NEW CUSTOMERS
If you do not get good at finding lots of new customers you will slowly start earning less. Those old customers may move away and or start buying from someone else. This is the start of business suicide.
AUTOMATE YOUR BUSINESS
If you have a system to do all the work then it will run like clockwork. If you are still using excel spreadsheets to do your email campaigns and database management you will always be behind your competitors.
GET HELP AND GROW
Most people think that going on a course or asking for help is a weakness. This is ridiculous ! If you want to grow and prosper you must be open to new ideas and techniques that can change your business or brand.
SET BIGGER GOALS
If you set huge goals you will then be forced to stretch and to try new things. This allows for smarter work load and outcomes.
Most of us just think too small and miss the bigger picture .
