In the modern world education has become one of the necessities in most societies, in Malawi, orphans continue to face hardships in accessing tertiary education.

This is according to All Saints Orphan Care Committee Chairperson Nelson Japan during a donation presentation by Kasungu Nation Bank at the facility.

Japan indicated that the facility is facing a lot of challenges to fund orphans at tertiary level due inadequate resources because most people only help students doing secondary school education.

Speaking at the ceremony Kasungu Nation Bank Branch Leonard Siula said that all Malawians have responsibility to help those in need.

The facility is currently caring for over 60 orphans 5 of which are doing their tertiary education.
