Malawian thief apprehended in Johannesburg

A malawian man who was tricking his fellow country men in and around Johannesburg in the Republic of South Africa has been caught.

A video making rounds in social network platforms shows a man in blood guarded by two men in a quantam taxi.

The man is believed to have been targeting his fellow country men calling them to attend job interviews. When they meet with him he orders them to pay a some money in exchange with the job.

Sources say when he gets paid he always disappear in thin air. The guy have been doing this for a couple of years in Johannesburg and Pretoria.

On his unlucky day this week the guy was trying to trick another country man in Pretoria and the guy alerted his friends. When they met him, he demanded R2000.00 (About MK100000.00) per person for job interviews.

It is said the guys caught him and he was beaten severely. In the video guys said they will take him to Soweto from Pretoria where they will lock him up.

The man has only been identified by his surname as Banda and is believed to be from the northern part of Malawi as he speaks fluent Tumbuka.
