Malawi Police in the lakeshore district of Nkhatabay are keeping in custody two men suspected to have murdered a 47 year old Osman Fumbo last month Malawi News Hub has learnt.
According to Nkhatabay Police Public Relations Officer Ignatius Esau, Fumbo was found headless and without private parts some distance from his house in which he was living alone at Msakanene area.
The arrest of the yet to be identified ghastly murder suspects come following an appeal to the public for any information in connection to the crime.
Meanwhile, the police say investigations are still underway.
Osman Fumbo hailed from Nthulinga village in the area of Traditional Authority Timbili in Nkhatabay distirict.
