UPDATE : Embangweni Society in South Africa to repatriate 5 remains of Malawi nationals

As earlier reported that Embangweni Society will this June repatriate the remains of three Malawians who died in different locations in South Africa, the number has risen to five now.

The message from the society sent to Malawi News Hub indicated that all the five remains will leave South Africa for Malawi any day from June 4.

According to the message, the deceased are Joseph Tembo from Kalituwa,Shadreck Longwe from Edingeni Nathan Theu from Mzoma in Tradional Authority M’mbelwa, William Banda from Swaswa and Suzgo Jere from Ephangweni in the area of Traditional Authority Mzukuzuku all from Mzimba.

The members of the society have now urged to pay R200 (MK 10000) from R100 (Mk 5000) as previously communicated .The members are asked to bring the said money on their next meeting scheduled for 4/6/2017 at around 8 in the morning
